Free Culture Scout Badge

With the RIAA working to create a copyright merit badge for Boy Scouts, it's only fitting that someone would come up with an alternative. Liz Losh has a description of the hypothetical Free Culture Badge and even a mock-up of the badget itself. I think trying to get past her first item could be tough for anyone, even a Boy Scout with a law degree:

Appear at the door of a major studio, dressed in your full scout uniform, and try to talk them into allowing educational use of historical films commonly shown in public schools (Amistad, Schindler's List, etc.)
