I get up at 5:30 every day to do some exercise because I spend most of my day sitting at a computer. Not exactly a healthy thing, but many other people do it too. It's nice to get out for a walk or to just take the stairs. I do that whenever I can, but WikiHow has some tips for exercising at your computer which might be a good alternative. Avoid the stiff necks and wrists and shoulders by taking breaks and doing some of the exercises they suggest. Your body will thank you.
