Bleezer is a free blogging tool. It's written in Java, so it takes a little while to start up, but otherwise seems fine. It supports a number of blogging systems and runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Not bad.
However, when I went back to edit this post, I got an empty window and couldn't update it, so I went back to Qumana to make the changes.
