"Bush 3.0 issues patch for Iraq war"

Earlier today I noticed a headline on www.cnn.com which said "Bush 3.0 issues patch for Iraq war". It's gone now, but it seemed like a very strange thing to find on a news site which at least tries to be non-partisan. The story is still there: http://www.cnn.com/2006/POLITICS/08/31/bush.terrorism/index.html -- and they do mention Bush 3.0, whatever that is.
